This two day course is intended to look at the modern derivatives of Critical Path Analysis and how to maintain a good level of dependability whilst slightly bending the rigid rules. We look at the wider issues of managing time and the modern methods available which can help us to achieve excellence on the project.
We look at the important issues in the selection of the tools we need to be successful and the pitfalls of following the crowd instead of designing systems which suit our industry and our style of management.
We look at the rules of reasonableness in the contractors time plans and how best to measure his capability of achieving his stated intensions. We will look again at the new world of time management and the tools most likely to take centre stage over the coming years as we drive towards excellence.
