using Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument.
There are many reasons for conflict and in order to benefit from positive conflict and avoid disruption from negative conflict we need to understand difference and manage it effectively.
Aim:
To provide an understanding of the reasons for conflict and the methods which are available to resolve it to provide the maximum benefit whilst minimising disruption.
Attendance:
The course is designed for all project personnel who need to understand how to manage conflict within their direct teams and between the general business interface groupings.
