A comprehensive look at Project Management
The Complete Project Management Course (CPMC) has been running successfully in Hong Kong, Singapore and the region for several years since we first introduced the course in 1998. Together with the associated skills courses such as risk management, planning management, financial management, earned value, negotiations, conflict management and many others we aim to provide a strong foundation for managing projects practically.
Many of these courses are provided with examinations and qualifications from the Association for Project Management (APM) so each delegate can achieve certification in each topic. These qualifications are internationally recognised by the International Project Management Association IPMA
This professional project management training course leads directly to the APMP (Association for Project Management Professional) examination and qualification. Indeed, it is intended that the examination be taken soon after the course is complete and we typically arrange this examination to suit each group accordingly. This examination can often be arranged in alternative countries if this is more convenient for any delegate.
The
course includes many team exercises and encourages delegates to be proactive
throughout. This is a very intensive course creating the atmosphere and urgency
of a project. Everyone contributes to the work and each person will represent a
part of it. There is time to discuss difficult issues as we move through the
body of knowledge.
As all the necessary body of knowledge material is included in the course those intending to make their careers in project management will find this course extremely valuable.
