Support
York Consulting Group offers support for Asta software and provides in-house training
to help you get the most benefit from the software as quickly as possible.
Software support is provided through an inexpensive annual maintenance agreement
which also provides free upgrades keeping you fully up-to-date.
Whilst Asta products are designed to be easy to use, the installation of the Enterprise
edition may require specialist knowledge of your servers and databases. Assistance
will be provided to ensure you enjoy all the benefits, if needed. However, Asta
will only install Enterprise if you have adequate infrastructure to support it.
This policy is to avoid disappointment.
In-house training can be provided for all the software. Training material is also
included with the product.
It is our intention to provide you with a service which will keep your planning
team active and productive whilst they are using Asta products.
