Description:
This one-day course covers an important project skill which can make project management
and completion more predictable.
This course is a companion course of Asta PowerProject and is intended to provide
a working knowledge of its usability and value to the project management process.
PowerProject has been around for many years and is the scheduling package of choice
in the UK and the registered preferred package for the management of the 2012 Olympics
in London.
Asta PowerProject has a graphical user interface and was the very first of its kind.
It is surprisingly powerful considering how simple it is to use. However as projects
get more complex you can access more and more functionality to help you stay in
control.
Asta PowerProject is intended to be used by everyone, whatever the level of planning
is required. The involvement of everyone is, indeed, how Powerproject has been so
successful. Planning is not the work of one person. The planning process is shared
by everyone who contributes effort to the project, with the planner facilitating
this process.
This course is an introduction to PowerProject. You will enjoy it and find great
use from it in the future.
An Attendance Certificate will be provided at the end of this skill course.
