Training
Almost every business today is involved in change of some kind. This may be heavy
duty change such as we see in engineering or in less dramatic change such as in-house
business improvements. Individual involvement may be as a project manager, a client,
a business manager tasked with installing a computer system or simply just people
involved with the change process at some level.
The focus of our training is on this change process through the development of essential
project and general management skills and competencies.
Our aim is to provide skills which can increase the commercial value of the attendees
and the opportunities of the employers. Many of the courses we run are developed
by our partner Project Management Professional Learning (PMPL) from the UK. PMPL
offers exceptional courses, many of which are accredited and are focused on project
management. The accreditation bodies include the Association for Project Management
(APM), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Project Management
Association (IPMA).
These training courses cover:
- Pure Project Management
- Business Management of change
- General Management processes which are commonly used in project change
Additionally, we have chosen to supplement these courses by developing skill based
training squarely aimed at competence and capability to provide a broader skill
set for professionals who need to know.
We believe this provides all those who are involved in change at whatever level
or scope with the essential skills and competencies they need.
In all of these courses best practice is at the heart of the knowledge provided.
The careful use of case studies help create the link between knowledge and practice.
Many of our courses have been developed for the particular needs of our clients
and we carefully preserve copyright so that we may use them again within our bespoke
training program. These courses therefore reflect the actual needs of businesses
involved in the change process.
But people and businesses are all different and one size does not fit all. Therefore
a crucial aspect of our services is the development of training programmes for the
specific needs of your company.
All of our courses are followed by an evaluation and report. This is intended to
provide confidence that courses are of an excellent quality and that the material
is kept at a high level of relevance. Benefits analysis of training programs can
also be completed if requested.
Attendance Certificates are always provided which can usually be used for CPD. Examinations
will be provided for our accredited courses if required. Our examinations are held
in accredited examination facilities in Hong Kong or other countries if requested.

of developing businesses.
Business is constantly changing today as it strives to deal with increasing globalisation
and the ebb and flow of public opinion.
