Complete Project Management Course

Description:

This four-day course is accredited by the Association for Project Management (APM).

The APMP Certification (APMP) course has been running in Hong Kong and the region since 1998 as the Complete Project Management Course (CPMC). This has been the foundation course of our programme to provide the project management community with easy access to the training necessary to facilitate successful project management.

This course provides an introduction to many of the topics we separately run as skill courses providing a continuous training programme if required. These skills include risk management, scheduling practice, quality, value management, contract, procurement and financial awareness, earned value, negotiation, conflict management and many others to provide a strong foundation for managing projects successfully.

The Association for Project Management's syllabus for the APMP Certification programme has 32 major topics which are covered fully in this course. The APMP qualification is internationally recognised by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

This course leads directly to the APMP examination and qualification. Indeed, it is intended that the examination be taken soon after the course is completed. The examination is arranged to suit each delegate. This examination can also be arranged overseas if this is more convenient for any delegate.

This is a very intensive course which includes many exercises and group activities to consolidate the learning and to make the APMP qualification as accessible as possible. The course is most often run in-house to provide more flexibility on timing, more focus on your projects and more convenience for taking the examination. We will be happy to talk to you regarding a programme for your project staff or alternatively you are welcome to attend our public courses held regularly throughout the year.

An Attendance Certificate will be provided at the end of this course.
