This one day course covers important project knowledge and directly leads to the APMP examination.

For this examination preparation course it is assumed you have already completed the four day APMP Certification course and have now decided to take the APMP examination. It is also assumed that each delegate has completed a revision of the material prior to attending the course and has identified areas of knowledge they are especially interested in clarifying. We will liaise with the Association for Project Management to enable the examination to be taken immediately after this course is completed.

In the course, we will use sample questions provided by the course provider Project Management Professional Learning as well as material we have gathered from those who have taken the papers previously. The course starts with an evaluation of the level of knowledge within the group and the particular areas of concern. A strategy for the day’s revision will be developed based upon the findings.

The material contained within the APMP Certification course covers all the material needed to pass the APMP examination. No new material will be introduced but we will categorise the material to make it easier to study and we will look at the core material which must be mastered.

The APMP is an important qualification in that it is internationally recognised by the International Project Management Association (IPMA) as a level D qualification. It shows you have good core knowledge in project management and understand the fundamental aspects.
