Training is often a response to a problem which is causing concern. The complexity of industry in this global economy ensures that problems are myriad and so it is not possible to have a training programme available off the shelf which will focus directly on that topic. Existing training courses available may have some bearing on the issue, or not. The fact is each problem which affects more than a handful of people in the business is a good reason to develop a short programme focused just on that issue.

In fact the short programme may be made up of some existing short courses (half to one day each) plus others developed to suit the circumstances into a Short Programme of two to three days.
