not possible to have a training programme available off the shelf which will focus
directly on that topic. Existing training courses available may have some bearing
on the issue, or not. The fact is each problem which affects more than a handful
of people in the business is a good reason to develop a short programme focused
just on that issue.

on the scale and scope of the issue. Whichever it is we will work with you to find
the right short programme. In fact the short programme may be made up of some existing
short courses (half to one day each) plus others developed to suit the circumstances
into a Short Programme of two to three days. Short programmes are very effective
at reaching into the working environment and developing solutions.
