These training courses are developed specifically to manage a particular aspect
of knowledge or to serve as an agent for change.
It is very unusual to find an existing training course with an extremely high impact
because the project and business is infinitely variable. There is always a degree
of redundancy or absence of material in the minds of the attendees. For this reason
there is an advantage in having a bespoke training program developed to suit your
particular needs.
Bespoke training programs can potentially provide a very high level of impact within
an organisation where the programs have been designed after a needs analysis and
the development of internal case studies material. The programs can incorporate
the differences in the needs of peer groups, making the courses very responsive.
Particular areas unique to your business or project can be covered where no public
courses are available. This is particularly useful in projects where important topics
can be rolled out in this way quickly and effectively. Risk management is an excellent
example where the risk management process can be covered before the application
of risk management is introduced to the project, thus ensuring that each contributing
member has the same unique project specific understanding.
The cost of development can be very reasonable. If we maintain the copyright and
if each course is repeated a minimum number of times, the development cost may be
waived altogether.

All the courses are upgraded regularly and evaluated on a continuous basis to maintain
quality. Attendees are invited to become involved in the evaluation throughout.
Attendance Certificates are always provided which can usually be used for CPD. Examinations
will be provided for our accredited courses if required. Our examinations are held
in accredited examination facilities in Hong Kong or other countries if requested.
