This one-day course on managing your time and working smarter covers an important
general topic.
We often refer to the management of our time but usually what is meant is the management
of our work in the company’s time. In other words, the management of time is really
the management of efficiency and working smarter is part of the solution to this
problem. “Smarter” is from the mnemonics used in project management – SMART, which
often refers to Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound. Managing
