Asta Teamplan is a project management and resource management software solution for organisations that manage people working across multiple projects, programmes and portfolios.

Asta TeamPlan and the Central Database are the core elements of this project planning software package. You can also choose to add the following four (you have only three) optional project planning software modules:

• Asta Timesheet – this allows resources management to add their contributions to the project in a computer based timesheet. This provides information for progressing but also for fee invoicing if appropriate
• Asta Portfolio Reported – this is a powerful report writer which can provide reports in any format to suit any client or other demand
• Asta Team Alert – an add-on which provides a warning system to all when critical dates are missed; resource limits are about to be exceeded and more. On complex programmes this can be the difference between completing on time or being a few days late
