In-house Scheduling:
All of our public courses can be run as in-house courses and there are many advantages
of using such a strategy. Public courses by their very nature carry a large proportion
of redundant material and are more expensive, although they are attractive in the
sense that a single person can attend and there is the benefit of meeting other
people and learning from them.
In-house courses, however, can be modified to suit the actual needs of the group
and can include case studies which actually reflect the environment of the business.
In-house courses are less expensive and can also be run over weekends or split over
two weekends to suit the working pattern of the attendees.
We believe that in-house courses provide a substantial improvement in impact and
value. If you have a group with a minimum of eight people, we will strongly recommend
you to go for in-house courses.
We have a number of strategies for in-house courses to keep them effective and valuable:
- We can provide a needs analysis at the start of the programme.
- We can provide a benefits analysis at the end of the programme.
- We provide Corporate Blended training programme comprising a wide range of course
material over a period of time.
- We provide Themed programmes which are highly focussed short programmes based on
a collection of topics.
With our in-house training, we promise more value, less cost.
