Support Policy

Our Policy

We will provide support for all products which have a current Maintenance Agreement with us. If you do not have a current maintenance agreement you can apply for one below when registering your problem. Maintenance in South East Asia is fully supported through the ASTA Development Corporation who have created and continuously develop PowerProject teamplan. We will try and find a solution to your problem within a day or so and in many cases within a few hours. We run a fully manned support registration and tracking system which ensures you will get the best service available.

Functionality

We do not provide advise on functionality within the terms of the maintenance agreement although we will be happy to help where we can but we may charge for this service
