York Consulting Group is a small group of companies dedicated to providing professional services to those people challenged with the successful management of change in construction and business in general. York Consulting Group has been in operation in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region since 1992.

We have a group of people who develop training courses and workshops directly for organisations who need to develop their competencies in all areas of modern project and change management.

Success is crucial to the management of change – it is a process which needs to be dependable if the benefits are to be realised quickly upon completion of the change. With rapid globalization competition is forcing constant reevaluation of the business imperatives.

We have found over time through the management of construction projects that success is largely dependent on managers having substantial competencies and usable skill sets. Capability is what we try and provide. We provide knowledge through training, practice through workshops and expertise through coaching.
